Emotion Regulation and Metabolic Problems Family Study

Do you have a child between the ages of 7 and 17?

The University of Vermont needs you and your family to participate!

Who is eligible?

• Families with three, biologically related members ages 7 and older willing to participate
• Children with and without emotion regulation problems

Compensation

$20.00 per hour per family 
Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

What does the study require?

Three 3 hour visits that include:

• ​computer tasks (with eyetracking and heart rate monitoring) 
• clinical interviews on parent and child's mental health
• cognitive assessments
• online questionnaires
• saliva sample for DNA

One brief, morning visit for a fasting blood draw for glucose, lipids and insulin
