If you are interested in participating in a virtual poster session, please submit your abstracts here. We are looking forward to seeing all of the posters associated with the abstracts submitted to our conference. Please submit all Poster Session abstracts by September 11th. In an effort to accommodate all, we have determined the following procedure for our poster session:
- Presenters will pre-record their poster presentation using a screen capture service (screen-o-matic or recording a Zoom "share screen" works well for this!) and record screen video/audio to accompany their presentation of their poster.
- The screen capture presentations will be combined and sent to all registered attendees ahead of time to watch on their own time. Please send all Poster Presentation videos via email to: Hannah.email@example.com by September 21st.
- During this evening session occurring from 7:15p - 8:45p EST on Thursday, September 24th, each poster presenter will be assigned a time to be “at their poster” which will be in a designated Zoom room schedule sent around ahead of time. During this time, attendees will be able to drop in and ask questions on each poster. We will send out information about your Zoom poster session time shortly after all abstracts have been submitted.
